Did I Get Ripped Off When The Store Delivered My Online Order (kitchen Appliances) With Different Brand/model?
I originally ordered 2 items:
1 Black and Decker Toaster Oven Model TRO211 $48. 58 US Dollars
1 Daiwa Electric Stove (double range) )for countertop) *1000 watts* $31. 36 US Dollars
(I was apparently also charged $10. 99 US Dollars more for using PayPal?, is this legal? or can they just really really mess with a foreign exchange rate? Purchase was at a foreign store)
What was actually delivered to my family:
1 “Proctor Silex” Toaster Oven Model 31114
1″Windmere” Electric Stove (double range) for countertop *1650 watt*
Was I ripped off? Was my family delivered inferior product brand?
AND Can the exchange rate be $11 off or an $11 Pay Pay fee?
(I am not a business, just a regular Pay Pal user. )
Note: Exchange rate official on purchase date $1 US Dollar = $35. 9241 pesos. Country: Dominican Republic, Free Delivery. Taxes are always included in price there.
I didn’t see exchange rates or Pay Pal mentioned in Terms of service, only that I would be charged in dollars if I used Pay Pal.
Cat Urinating On Oven? Why?
So, I thought I fixed my kitty’s urination problems (I have taken him to the vet, he does not have an infection), but now he’s picked a new place to pee. He leaves my whole house, my sofa, the air vents alone now and has decided to pee all over my kitchen. On the countertops, on the floor, and most horribly on my stovetop and on the vents of my toaster oven (which is now ruined, and I can’t figure out how to clean the stovetop properly, so it may be ruined as well). Does anyone have any idea WHY he is doing this? I keep his litter trays clean, but he still insists on peeing on what he’s not supposed to. I recently switched to feeding my cats pre-measured amounts of food daily instead of allowing them to free-feed and my husband thinks he might be upset over that, and he is trying to get revenge by peeing all over the things that make OUR food.
How do I get him to stop?
The Best Way To Catch A Rat!!?
Really, mice. . . I knew I had a problem in the attached garage this winter. . . we have been setting traps using peanut butter as bait. . . but these mice are very intelligent mice and they manage to either eat the bait without triggering the trap or they have decided during the course of time that they prefer not to eat it at all. . . we have only caught 3 or 4 of them and I know that there are a lot more than that in the garage. . . gloves are used when baiting the traps so no scent. . .
Problem now is, oh my goodness, I found baby mouse poop in the kitchen underneath the microwave and the toaster oven which are on my countertop. . . I keep breads, onions, etc around. . . I have no idea how a mouse could get up there. . . there are no cords hanging down to the floor or anything like that. . . the only cord in the vacinity hangs from the microwave over to behind the refridgerator and it does not touch the floor nor is it anywhere near the floor. . . .

Anyone Know How To Make A Turkey In A Convection Oven Or Rotisserie?
In my apartment I don’t use the oven provided. Mainly because it is litterally from the 1970’s and my fiance is paranoid that it will spark and catch the house on fire if we use it. So I have a countertop convection/toaster oven with a rotisserie option. It’s only the 2 of us for Thanksgiving but I still want to do something special. I saw some small turkeys, about 5 lbs that would fit. But I’ve never cooked a turkey period!
So I want to know if you can make one the same way you would a rotisserie chicken? If so, are there any special things I should do or just clean it off and get to cooking?
Or, does anyone have experience with a convection oven? I know the temp and cooking time would be different than cooking in a regular oven. Any ideas?
