Convection oven: An oven having a fan that shortens cooking time by circulating hot air uniformly around the food.
Conventional Oven:is an enclosed compartment for heating, baking or drying. It is most commonly used in cooking and pottery.
Toaster oven: An electrical appliance that can be used as either a toaster or an oven.

Size and speed. Convection ovens use a fan to help evenly heat food. A toaster oven is just that. It toasts and uses an element similar to a toaster. The down side to a toaster oven: you can’t cook larger items in there, and the down side to a convection oven is things like cakes and other softer foods will develop ripples during the cooking process.

Convection oven utilizes high heat with forced air from a fan in a regular oven that has convection cooking option. A toaster oven sits on your counter and is rather small and is used for toast and baking small items like baked potatoes or baking a few pieces of chicken.

This is like night and day. Convection is the best there is. Cooks quicker and does the job well. The toaster oven is a glorified toaster (hence the name). If you’re buying a really nice house get the convection. If you’re going to college get the toaster oven.

A convection oven uses air and heat to bake. Therefore taking less time to bake.
A toaster oven just uses heat.
