I make cookies in mine all the time. Mine has a little removable tray and I use that. I can make about six cookies at a time. I use a lower heat and don’t bake quite so long. They seem to bake faster in the small space.
My toaster oven has a larger than most cooking area. I do small cakes and cookies in it all the time now. But do watch them closely because they cook faster. I also turn the cookie tray half way thru because the ones in the back get way too brown if I don’t.
I use my toaster oven all the time, you just have to lower the temp in it.. for some reason they tend to burn easily in there… so if your cookie recipe calls for 375 cook at 350 and keep a constant eye on them… happy eating!
cookies can be baked successfully in a toaster oven, you need to remember that limited space if a factor to reckon with ,temperature is concentrated in this small area & there is less air circulating around,so as suggested keep the tempertaure lower than what the recipe calls for & don’y forhet to monitor frequently .Keep a note of time & temperature & any changes you would like to make ,this will take the guess work out of baking next time around .

I”ve never used a toaster oven but I would use a low setting and really keep an eye on them.
