Another way is to see if the machine will do the same work in different but uses less energy. Another way is to see if we can reduce waste. Here are some tips. 1. Thaw food before cooking. You can do it overnight in the refrigerator or the microwave if you want the ice to do it quickly. 2. Put the lid on the pot when the taste. When the pan is, to reduce heat loss. This means that you can set the stove to keep the contents of a low simmer. Cooking is also smaller. 3. Use a pressure cooker and the food. They operate at a higher pressure, so water boils at a higher temperature. Higher temperature water and steam, thanks to food is cooked much faster, use less energy. 4. Do not use a small pot on stove great. Match the pan and the heating element. 5. Use flat bottom pans, and less deformed, especially when the stove is cooking. 6. Stir fry meat and vegetables. More time is needed to cut meat, but the meat is cooked much quicker. 7. Use a pot Boil water is used instead of the burner stove top. Boil only the amount of water needed, either for making tea and cooking. 8. When cooking in the oven, try, if the preheating time can be minimized or removed all together. 9. Avoid opening the oven door to check the progress of cooking as much heat to escape otherwise. It may be useful in the oven thermometer or oven safe meat thermometer. 10. When possible, use a microwave oven. Microwave ovens use a lot of energy when in use, but more than compensate for a lot less cooking time. It draws far less electricity than an electric arc furnace for the same job. 11. Use a toaster instead of the small jobs, baking in the oven. Using a Toaster Oven reduces the area is warmed up and thus saves energy. Use it for things like baking potatoes, Fish sticks, Chicken Nuggets, etc. 12 Use a hot air microwave oven, which offers the same service, microwave oven, convection oven and grill. Some of these microwave ovens may be using food in the microwave and convection oven at the same time provide a crisp exterior and Brown maintain the juiciness of meat and chicken. 13. Use a steamer to cook foods such as fish and vegetables. You can not burn food and is relatively low consumption. 14. Use a crock pot (slow cooker), instead of the burner stove top cooking soups and dams that often takes a long time. Allow to simmer gently for these dishes. 15.
