How Do You Use The Dehydrator Function On Your Convection Toaster Oven?

I bought this cool looking toaster, convection from Costco the other day. It is an Oster 6058. The main reason I bought it because I had a dehydrator do I want to do jumps and other goodies.
The problem is that when I got home and read the instructions I realized that you can only cook for 90 minutes. I'm not sure how to get dehydrated during this short period, because I always just use a regular oven or a dehydrator which lasts for many hours on matters as dry meat.
Ideas on how to use it? Is the hot air to speed up the process of death? How much? Nothing personal use?
Thank you
K
