Did I Get Ripped Off When The Store Delivered My Online Order (kitchen Appliances) With Different Brand/model?

I originally ordered 2 items:
1 Black and Decker Toaster Oven Model TRO211 $48. 58 US Dollars
1 Daiwa Electric Stove (double range) )for countertop) *1000 watts* $31. 36 US Dollars
(I was apparently also charged $10. 99 US Dollars more for using PayPal?, is this legal? or can they just really really mess with a foreign exchange rate? Purchase was at a foreign store)
What was actually delivered to my family:
1 “Proctor Silex” Toaster Oven Model 31114
1″Windmere” Electric Stove (double range) for countertop *1650 watt*
Was I ripped off? Was my family delivered inferior product brand?
AND Can the exchange rate be $11 off or an $11 Pay Pay fee?
(I am not a business, just a regular Pay Pal user. )

I didn’t see exchange rates or Pay Pal mentioned in Terms of service, only that I would be charged in dollars if I used Pay Pal.

If Someone Looked In Your Kitchen What Would They Find?

There are so many different things that I have found in a kitchen. If you walked into mine the first thing you would probably see is my refrigerator. I have my stove, my broom, mop, dustpan, counters, a microwave and even a toaster oven. People spend a lot of time in this area. People not only like to eat but a lot of people really enjoy cooking, I enjoy both! Some people even have shoes in theirs because some people have a back door that enters straight into this area and this is where people take their shoes off when they enter the house through the back door. Kitchen floors usually have linoleum or tiles. Some floors have marble and this is very expensive but is usually very beautiful. I have lived in an apartment that had carpet in it and I think this was a stupid move because things get spilled too much in there and the carpet was impossible to keep clean. Other things that you can find in my eating area is a table. Although people will usually keep one in their dining room but I do not have a dining room. In the summer you will usually find flowers in a vase on my table because I love the smell of fresh cut flowers. Of course you will find chairs to my kitchen table as well and sometimes I use these same chairs in my living room. You will also find food in my cabinets and in my pantry. Sometimes it might not be what I like to eat but it is food none the less. I have a lot of boxed dinners and a lot of canned goods. You would probably find corn more than anything because it is my favorite. You will also find a whole lot of dishes and maybe even some dirty ones in the sink, I try to keep them washed but I sometimes do not wash just one, I will wait until the sink fills up first. You can put anything in your kitchen, it is up to you and you should always use your best judgement. Obviously you should try to put cooking items in it because this is where you will either be eating or cooking and possibly both.

This antidote should be used only on the advice of a physician. Other things in the kitchen need to be kept out of the reach of children such as alcoholic drinks and medicines. It is nice to have at least one high cupboard that can be locked with a key for keeping the most dangerous of substances and sharp knives. Many people will use a locking box for medicines or for knives. Keep chairs away from the counters and discourage your children from ever climbing on your countertops. The stove should always be regarded as a danger for burns even when it is turned off. Always treat the burners as if they could be on. Use the back burners for cooking whenever possible and remove stove and oven knobs to a drawer when not in use. Some parents also buy a stove guard to install across the front of the stove to prevent children’s reaching fingers from getting burned. Also, turn your pot handles towards the wall to prevent spills caused by accidentally knocking in to them. Be wary of the dangers of your small appliances. It is so easy to leave an unattended, but hot, coffee pot. There are other dangers besides burns from hot appliances like toasters, waffle makers, and panini machines. If you must leave your kitchen mixer on the countertop at least unplug it and remove the mixing blades. Also remove sharp blades from food processors and keep them unaccessible like knives. Hopefully the first time you realize your small child has figured out how to climb on the countertop, you will have removed enough dangers that the only thing your child will get is a scolding. It is something that will inevitably happen. As is always true with children, the best insurance for their safety is a parent’s watchful eyes.
