I am looking for an easy and creative way to do my cooking for the week when I am off on the weekend. I guess this is a 2 part question – I would also like to ask how you eat well during the week without spending a lot of time and a $$fortune doing it? Also, I have one young fussy eater.
I have a large electric roaster oven, large crock pot, small crock pot, electric frying pan, microwave, toaster oven and of course, an oven/range.

I was trying to make a frozen pizza and the crust came out good but the cheese didn’t even melt. The pizza was so hard and dry.
Is something wrong with this toaster oven? Should I return it? Can you give me some tips on using it.
